Directions: For each of the following competencies, please mark the appropriate box below the grade level you teach. I your role does not appear, please change the word 'Other' to the appropriate word. Please rate each of these competencies on a scale from 1 to 5 based on your ability. Mark '1' if you have minimal ability and '5' if you feel fully able. Mark a '0' if you don't know what the competency means.
When you have finished rating all of the competencies, please bold face and change the font color of the three competencies you would most like to learn more about. If your are unable to do these things, I'll teach you at the in-service.
